Executive Team Bios

Henning Morales, Chief Executive Officer
Henning Morales has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and direct sales. He has recruited and trained sales managers and representatives in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia, and is widely considered to be an industry leader in international business. Henning also has many years of experience at the corporate level, including positions as Vice President of International Business, Director of International Operations, Director of International Sales, Corporate Training Director, and Communications Director. Mr. Morales earned a degree with honors in Business from New York University and pursued additional postgraduate studies in international law. As CEO and President of eWorldCompanies, Inc., Mr. Morales supervises all operations of the company and oversees international expansion.

Dr. Michael Brown, Senior Vice-President, Communications
Dr. Brown is an experienced senior executive with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University and more than 30 years experience in business, marketing, consulting and training. As co-founder and President of Huron Valley Institute from 1974 to 1981, he built and later sold one of the largest private psychological and training institutes in the country. In 1977 he founded a national non-profit educational corporation to provide training seminars for business, sales and helping professionals, where he held the positions of President and Director of Training from 1978 to 1986. From 1986 through 1998 he was Sr. Vice President of Kahler Communications, Inc., an international consulting, training and development company specializing in management communications, motivation, and leadership training. And from 1998 to 2001 he was Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for I-Network International. Dr. Brown is an internationally known author, trainer and consultant who has traveled and lectured extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Brown oversees virtually all aspects of eWorldMedia's internal and external communications and communicates regularly to the field all news concerning the company, events, promotions, and other noteworthy items. He is also the company's compensation plan expert.

Jim DeCicco, President, eWorld Music, Inc.
Mr. DeCicco has more than 20 years experience in music production, sound, video and concert promotion, and record production, and has performed contractual services for sound, video, staging and lighting for corporations and celebrities including IBM, Sun MicroSystems, Dionne Warwick, and Doc Severenson. Mr. DeCicco’s creative work has garnered numerous Music Awards for independent artist production, and he has performed studio work with Eric Clapton, Coolio, Eric Burdon and Keith Emerson. One of Mr. DeCicco’s recent triumphs was the organization of the 2007 Los Angeles Music Awards Show, which was widely recognized as the best presentation in the show's 17 year history. Mr. DeCicco has a B.A. in Electronic Music and Technical Sound Production, pursued graduate level studies at Berklee College of Music, and researched electronic music human computer interfaces at MIT. Mr. DeCicco is a voting member of NARAS (The Grammys) and is a writer and Publisher with ASCAP.


Kimberly McDonald, Vice-President of Operations
Kim McDonald has an extensive background in Information Technology, Operations. Customer Service and Telecommunications. As COO/CTO of GVCwinstar Ms. McDonald played a significant role in writing the company’s Private Placement Memorandum, jump-starting the company’s business plan, and transitioning the company to softswitch technology and VOIP products. Prior to GVCwinstar, Ms. McDonald was the Executive Vice President for IT and Project Management for LDMI, a Talk America Company where she led the company's successful back-office transition to an entirely new OSS infrastructure. Prior to LDMI, she was President& CEO of Multacom, a Global Network Service Provider, where she led the deployment of the first direct network from the U.S. to China to Taiwan, providing point to point data and VoIP Trans-Pacific services, with an exclusive bilateral marketing agreement with China Unicom, and was also elected Chairman of a joint venture between Multacom and China Railcom. Ms. McDonald also held the position of COO for ACN, where she led the transition of ACN's business model from “agent” to reseller, built its entire back-office infrastructure, and oversaw the conversion of all company systems and back-office support for expansion into five European countries. She also held various executive positions at IXC (now known as Broadwing ), where she lead the successful launch of their OCx products, the due diligence team for M&A opportunities, and the integration of two acquisitions, and with Allnet Communications (now known as Global Crossing ). Ms. McDonal studied engineering and received her Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.

Kathleen Francis, Vice-President of Business Development, U.S.A.
Kathleen Francis has worked in many capacities in marketing, events and the entertainment industry. Her production company has produced award winning corporate and feature films, and she has hosted her own successful TV Interview show, RSVP HOLLYWOOD, which originated in Los Angeles. She has also held executive positions in 9 companies and served on the board of several organizations. Having lived outside of the US, Kathleen has a wealth of international associations and contacts. Kathleen was instrumental in establishing eWorld’s strategic alliances with both the Quantum International nutraceutical company and the Foundation for Global Healing, and is currently working on several additional alliances and partnerships as well. Her personal objectives include the continued establishment of eWorld Companies as a global force in the creation of ethical and admirable innovations for worldwide benefit and exposure.

Adrian Weber, Vice-President of Business Administration
Adrian Weber is an experienced business developer and entrepreneur who has owned, developed and managed numerous businesses and organizations over a span of more than 20 years. Adrian has a special talent for product development and operations oversight. His recent accomplishments include the creation and development of two sister nutraceutical companies, GlobalCeuticals International, Inc. and Quantum International, Inc. currently in distribution worldwide, which are now in association with eWorld for further expansion. Adrian was also a business-developing partner in the new Sedona Hyperbarics & Wound Care facility in Sedona, AZ, and continues as Director of New Product Development with the Healing Community, Inc., a non-profit organization. Previously, he created Southwest Therapy & Rehabilitation, a group of three chronic and acute pain rehabilitation centers with operations in Arizona and Dallas. Adrian has a B.A. in Psychology, has completed Graduate Studies in Counseling Education, is a certified Bio-feedback therapist, has trained in hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP), and is a practitioner of Alpha Biotics.

LaSalle LaSalle, Vice-President of Training
Mr. LaSalle LaSalle, H.D.C., is a nationally known personal coach and motivational expert with more than 20 years experience in the field of personal and professional development. Mr. LaSalle has provided consulting services to corporate managers and executives for a wide range of companies including AT&T, Harbor UCLA Medical Center and the Los Angeles chapter of the Masters in Business Association (MBA). Mr. LaSalle is also a well-known TV interviewer and talk show host, where he uses his charming style and virtuoso communication skills to deliver a fresh new look to the art of conversation. He is currently the host and facilitator of the “Let’s Talk Success” Show, an educational series dedicated to disseminating progressive ideas, concepts and procedures that lead people on a path of worthwhile successful achievement and helping individuals and organizations realize more of their full potential. The “Let’s Talk Success” Show is currently being broadcasts on a wide range of cable networks including AT&T Broadband, Adelphia Television, Buenavision, Cox Communications and Time Warner.

Eric Kennedy, Vice-President of Urban Development
Eric Kennedy is a bi-coastal industry heavyweight with 19 years experience who has created, produced and managed high level projects, including more than 20 albums, for such companies as Atlantic Records, Three Keys Music, EMI Music and Byrd Records (Universal Music Group). A number of Mr. Kennedy’s projects have surpassed the “Gold” sales levels and earned industry recognition through ASCAP and the Grammy Awards, and others have been featured by major networks and companies such as ESPN, BET MTV, Comcast and Infinity Broadcast Companies. He is also the founder and chief creative force behind, “Secret Society Entertainment Group”, a full-fledged entertainment company specializing in music production, artist development and unique event promotions; the TV show and talent showcase “Know the Industry, which became the longest running showcase in DC history and helped break the market for artists such as John Legend, Black Buddafly, Cee-Lo Green, Mobb Deep, Outkast and others; and his latest venture “Braat Musik”. The Urban Development division works closely in association with eWorld’s Music, Productions, and International divisions for the purposes of tailoring eWorld’s current products to urban populations and creating new services that cater to the needs of the urban demographic. Mr. Kennedy oversees all aspects of eWorld’s Urban Development division and personally handles many of the divisions celebrity endorsements and partnerships.

Barbara Lynn, Vice-President of Business Development, Europe
Barbara Lynn has more than 30 years experience in sales, sales training and personnel management. In the early 1980’s Barbara was a Regional Branch Controller for C&A Ltd. London, a large UK based retail chain, where she was responsible for all administrative related systems including cash, stock control, payroll, staff training programs, and new branch openings. From 1983 to 1987 she served as Personnel and Training Manager for two other high-profile UK companies, Bentalls PLC and Bally Group, where she was responsible for all personnel and training activities. And from 1987 to 1992 she was Group Personnel and Training Manager at and Allders International Ltd., where she managed and provided a complete personnel and training service for approximately 2,000 personnel located at the UK Head Office and throughout the Ships and Airport Divisions located in the UK, USA and Australia. In 1992 Barbara left the corporate world and moved to Spain, where she was instrumental in the launch in Spain of Forever Living Products and has become a highly successful entrepreneur. Barbara has been and continues to be a leading force in the launch of eWorld Spain and eWorld Europe.

Daniel Gallardo, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, Spain
After studying International Business in San Diego, California at Grossmont College, Daniel opened the largest Night Club in town which became very successful. From California he moved to Quintana Roo, Mexico and became involved in land, small resort, and restaurant projects as well as a web site design company. Daniel is fluent in German, Spanish and English and lives currently in Marbella, Spain, were he has opened several restaurants and is still involved in Mexican real estate. Daniel has a wealth of contacts in marketing and media both in Europe and South America.

Beto Paredes, General Manager, eWorld Technologies & eWorld Advertising
Mr. Paredes has a degree in Business Administration and a substantial background in web design, software, Internet development and Internet advertising. Over the past seven years he has completed more than two hundred projects including work for the following companies: CPA Empire, a multi-million online direct marketing firm; Data Overdrive, multi-user list management service; Idaho Opal and Gem, multi-million dollar jewelry manufacture; Opt In Real Big, one of the largest online opt-in email providers; Cygnus Resources, large PEO firm; WeGotLand.com, multi-user pay per listing service; Ultima Online Marketing, a million dollar direct marketing company; HolisticSeek.com, online holistic health care community; StayRelated.com, online friends and family network; Auto Search Technologies, automobile dealership software; Property Search Online, property management software; Global Recovery Systems, international tax collection agency. Beto leads a talented team of programmers and designers and is the chief architect of many of eWorld’s technologies, including its websites, the Boomerang Media Station, the StayRelated community networking program and the Apollo Back Office management system.
